This is the same Wyoming in which you have a predator zone where wolves (& other species) are allowed to be chased down and slowly killed in any way humans can think of: running them over with a vehicle, torturing them (burning, skinning, dog attacks, firecrackers, choking, manhandling injured ones, parading screaming ones tied on a car, ...), not killing them but letting them die in pain.
